Our students attend mandatory, state-regulated continuing-education classes from workplace computers, and their license credit depends on attending the full session. If this host is filtered, they cannot complete the class they are enrolled in.

Protocol: HTTPS on TCP 443 only. HTTP/1.1 and HTTP/2. No UDP, no WebSocket, no plug-in required.
Byte-range requests: Must pass through unmodified. A proxy that strips the Range header or rewrites 206 responses to 200 forces the entire session to transfer before anything can play.
Content inspection: Please exempt this host from scan-before-deliver and from streaming bandwidth caps. A class session is several hundred megabytes and runs for several hours; holding the file to scan it stalls the class.
Suggested category: Education, or Business. Not Streaming Media or Entertainment — this is required coursework rather than recreational video, and those categories are commonly throttled or blocked.
